I was reflecting with Steve LaForte over the holidays that it has been over one year since the American Health Care Association's inaugural Population Health Summit. So much great information was shared on the opportunities with Provider Owned ISNPs at that event. But it was really just the beginning of the conversation – cut short by the events of 2020.

American Health Plans Inc. is working on a project to continue the conversation. Our goal is to make the practical realities – both successes and challenges - of Provider Owned ISNPs more accessible. I'm looking forward to the dialogue.
